Title
PACA provides comprehensive guidance to help students explore and prepare for their post‑16 options. Our support begins in Year 10 and continues throughout Year 11, ensuring every student can make informed decisions about their future.
Students benefit from:
- A Careers Fair in the summer of Year 10, offering insight into colleges, apprenticeships, and future pathways.
- A Post‑16 Information Evening in September of Year 11 for students and families.
- One‑to‑one meetings with our Careers Advisor, offering personalised guidance and planning.
- Tutor support, helping students consider their strengths, interests, and next steps.
- Information and guidance on Taster Days, giving students the chance to experience potential courses first‑hand.
At PACA, we are committed to ensuring every student feels confident and prepared as they transition into post‑16 education.
A useful guide to all Post 16 Options is available here.
